The all-new Mismatch at the Hatch car show arrives this summer for a day’s off-track entertainment devoted to celebrating the ordinary cars you love. You won’t find any supercars here, but instead a selection of unsung roadgoing heroes, adored for a wide range of reasons.
Production cars from before 2005 will form the backbone of the show, with everything from British Leyland staples, to French classics via German and Japanese retro icons. Ultimately, all of these are welcome and the joy of Mismatch of the Hatch comes from not fully knowing what you’ll find!
The car show will be accompanied by a busy on-track race offering from the British Racing and Sports Car Club, with an eclectic selection of cars in action.

Audi TT Cup Racing Championship
Based around front wheel drive 2.0 TFSI versions of the popular German coupe. Tuned to around 250bhp at the wheels, the cars can be manual gearbox or DSG models, and equality of performance is managed by a strictly controlled list of eligible parts.
BRSCC Pro Sports Sprint Series
New for 2025, this series caters for high-performance closed wheel cars in sprint race formats of 20-minutes sessions.
SuperSport Endurance Cup
The BRSCC SuperSport Endurance Cup is an mini-endurance formula which provides long-distance club racing for a vast variety of clubman-level race cars across a number of classes.
CMMC Super Saloons and Tin Tops
Expect to see high-powered saloons to nimble hot hatches, this grid features cars of all shapes and sizes, with many drivers coming from the local area.

This display zone will feature cars that epitomise the ethos of Mismatch of the Hatch - celebrating the ordinary hero cars we love.
parade laps
All cars on display will enjoy parade laps around the Indy circuit at the end of the day, free of charge.
motorsport paddock
Spectators can head into the paddocks and get close-up to the race cars competing on-track throughout the day.
Free Parking
All public parking at this event is free of charge, and will be located inside the venue, via the main entrance. Blue Badge holders should see a member of staff on arrival to be directed to the dedicated disabled parking area.
Trade Stands
A trade area will be in operation all weekend, with stalls selling parts, accessories and driver and team merchandise.
Adventure Playground
Check out the Brands Hatch adventure playground near the Kentagon restaurant, which has equipment for children of all ages from toddler to 14.
